Refund policy

To make a return or exchange, you will have (5) working days to request it from the day after the delivery of the merchandise.

Please send an email to auraamx@gmail.com, with your address, phone number, purchase order number, explanation of the possible problem or reason for return, and photos of the item.

This must be done within five (5) business days of receipt of the product.

For this purpose, we will send you by e-mail a prepaid waybill with a tracking number, which must be placed on the outside of the package. The item must be packed in its original box.

You must deliver the package to a commercial parcel carrier branch as indicated on the prepaid waybill in order for the product to be shipped back to our warehouse.

As soon as we receive the returned merchandise, and after having gone through the internal evaluation process of the product that was returned to us, we will proceed with the exchange and/or refund process for the amount of your order for you to make another purchase of any other Auramx order in our online store.

Exchanges or returns of products purchased through the online store can only be returned through this same channel, that is, they can not be returned in any physical store Auramx, or any other distribution channel.
