Shipping policy

The following terms apply to all shipments within the Mexican Republic.

The prices published on the site do NOT include shipping cost within the Mexican Republic except when expressly indicated by any equipment or any particular promotion, the prices of the products may change at any time without notice, promotions can not be combined with other means other than those presented on this site.

The customer agrees to provide a valid address within the Mexican Republic where the order can be delivered. In the event that the customer provides an address that cannot be located by the courier, any additional costs will be covered by the customer.

If you suspect that the box being delivered by the courier employee does not contain what you purchased either by weight or size of packaging should NOT receive it indicating to the courier employee the reasons and must report it to us immediately to make the clarification of your order.

Once the package is received by you or someone else at the delivery address, you have 24 hours to report any physical damage or missing items in your order, after this time no change or claim can be made.
